Safety Information

  • You will receive individual personal scooter riding lessons—a "scootorial"—covering operation and safety.

  • You will take a test ride before your time starts. If you do not feel comfortable after the test ride, there is no charge.

  • Helmet and eye protection are required and provided free. You may prefer to wear your sunglasses or prescription eyeglasses.

Optional $24 per day damage waiver with $75 deductible. *This coverage is completely optional. Fractional hours count as a full hour.  Additional charge for professionally guided group tours.

*Anywhere we list our rates, the State of Colorado requires us to include the following statement, though we cannot find any credit card companies who don't exclude motorcycles and scooters. If you know of any that include that coverage, please let us know. If you do not have motorcycle coverage on your existing auto policy, it likely excludes coverage on two-wheel vehicles. Each state has its own rules.

DAMAGE WAIVER TO COVER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO SIGN THIS WAIVER IF YOU HAVE RENTAL VEHICLE COLLISION COVERAGE PROVIDED BY CERTAIN GOLD OR PLATINUM CREDIT CARDS OR COLLISION INSURANCE ON YOUR OWN VEHICLE. BEFORE DECIDING WHETHER TO PURCHASE THE COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER, YOU MAY WISH TO DETERMINE WHETHER YOUR OWN VEHICLE INSURANCE AFFORDS YOU COVERAGE FOR DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL VEHICLE AND THE AMOUNT OF THE DEDUCTIBLE UNDER YOUR OWN INSURANCE COVERAGE. THE PURCHASE OF THIS COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER IS NOT MANDATORY AND MAY BE WAIVED.
